Hi all! Hope you are having an amazing first of the year... can't believe we're already in February.
I am wondering where you are at with the implementation of the "Optionline" integration with the appointments and their capability of scheduling appointments.

You are such an encouragement to us! Thank you!
The date that this capability will be released to all centers will ultimately be determined by Optionline. This project is much bigger than just a software release, because it takes much coordination on the part of all the Optionline consultants who will be fielding these appointment calls and getting them scheduled. However, I can tell you that we are seeing great results from our test centers so far, and we're at the point of just working out the "kinks."
