New client info

On Jan 23rd I entered info on a new client and printed a summary report. Today I tried to enter an additional visit for the client and there was no record of the client. In reports I generated a mail/label list for that date and her name comes up. Can you find her info or do I have to reenter all her data.

Hi Margie,
I just tried as you suggested to go into the clients file from the label list and it brought me to her file. But when I go back to files and try to find her name under the "N's", its not listed. I went to reports, clients files, date entered 1/23/08 to 1/23/08 and her name come up. File # 527. But I cannot go to clients and find her name. I just rechecked and there was a space before her last name. I eliminated the space and now I find her under "N's". Thanks for you help. I didn't see the space before.
