When I run a Center Productivity Report for 2004 I am showing that I had three clients who did not change their abortion view. In reality we only had one...is there a reason why the report is showing that? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Vicki

Hi Vicki,

please see below to understand how changed abortion view is calculated and how to check your numbers using the statistics reports.

Changed Abortion View Calculation
--------------------------------------------------
The changed abortion view is calculated from the following questions on the pregnancy test form:

#3. What is you intitial assessment of the client's intentions before the visit
#4. What is your assessment of the client's intentions after her visit.

if question 3 is : Abortion Minded or Abortion Vulnerable

and question 4 is: Carry to Term or Adoption

then Changed Abortion View is True else it is False.

How to Validate the Numbers:
------------------------------------------
To check the numbers, run the Changed Abortion View under Statistics. Then drill down on the 3 clients who did not change their abortion view (click on the number in the stats). In the drill down results, you can then click on the client's name and view the values on the pregnancy test.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

You are welcome!

One more thing Vicki:

Just so you know, the statistics are updated each evening. So if you make any changes to a pregnancy test(s), the changes will not be reflected in the statistics until the next day.
