search for reciept by Reciept ID #

We have been notified by the Canada Revenue Agency that we may be required to validate a reciept issued to a donor. They will provide us with the reciept ID# and we will be required to confirm the identify the donor as well as the donation total. I have lookked for a way to search within Ekyros by donation ID# but I cannot find the way to do this. Can you help?

Hi Sharon,
We are posting a new update to CenterPiece on Feb 9th that will allow you to search donations by the receipt ID#. We have also updated the donation form to diplay the receipt#. Keep an eye out for an announcement on our home page for details regarding this release. Thanks for your feedback! |
