AV Clients Posted: 20 Jan 2005 10:59 AM |
I was wondering what report or what statistics to run in order to see how many appointments we had scheduled were AV clients.
Thanks,
Catherine |

I looked under the appointments section, but I am not able to find any statistics on the number of AV clients, am I not looking in the right place? I can see the number of appointments that we had, but it's not telling me how many of the appointments were AV appointments. |

You need to run the appointment stats and select "appointment type" as one of the measures. It will break out appointments by each type you have created.
Also, when you create an appointment, yoy need to select "AV" as the appointment type. You will need to do this for each appointment you create.
Hope that helps. let me know if you have any additional questions.
thanks,
Brian
btw: Just curious, what does "AV" stand for? Abortion Vulnerable?

Brian,
Yes, AV stands for Abortion Vulnerable.
When you enter a new client, there is a check box at the very top of the form that says, "This client is abortion vulnerable". The abortion vulnerable client could be coming in for a variety of appointment types: Pregnancy Test, Ultrasound, etc.
Is there a way to have statistics that state how many of the pregnancy tests (or ultrasounds, etc.) we did were on abortion vulnerable clients, based on the check box on the form you use to enter a new client.
Let me know if have any questions.
Thanks,
Catherine

Ahh...i understand now. It sounds like you need an "Abortion Vulnerable" measure on each of the statistics reports. I'll look into adding it to a future version of CenterPiece. If it's not too much work, this should make the next release.
Thanks for the feedback Catherine! |
