Hello,
I am trying to run a report that of donors that have given up more than $1000. I use the Batch Receipt option and the year 2007. When I get my report, there are two lines at the bottom of the receipt that say:
Total Giving Period 1-1-07 through 12-31-07 (and an amount)
Total Giving Year to Date for Period 1-1-07 through 12-31-07 (and an amount)
In some cases there are two different amounts on these lines. I am copy/pasting what I mean. On this particular donors file there should be another donation for 250.00, but it is not listed in the donation detail, only the one donation is listed. I would like the full report to send out, with all details. Am I dong something wrong? Thank you for any help.
