Why do not all of the donations for a donor show up when doing a batch report. The year end total is correct but the period to date is different. |

Hi Marilynvm,
You have the ability to select which period of time totals you want to be displayed on the batch receipt. This is done on the "Report Options" page of the Batch Receipt, in the area where you select a start and end date.
For example, if you want to run a report for all donors that gave in 2007 and include all of their 2007 donation history, then you would select a start date of 1/1/2007 and an end date of 12/31/2007. Hope that will help. Just let us know if you need anymore help with this. :)
