Entering Pregnancy History

Hi Brian,
At our center many girls give abortion and miscarriage history but sometimes don't give specific dates. I was unable to enter pregnancy history on several clients because of this and was wondering if the system could be adjusted so just a year could be entered.

Brain,
I would appreciate the date requirement be removed to. Very frustrating as I'm unable to enter the pregnancy history on a majority of our clients. Thanks! |
