needing an email list

Is there a way to pull out an E-mail list from the staff management tab??
also wondered if ther was a way to pull out a birthday list?

Hi Gail,
Yes, there is an easy way to get this information. From the Staff Management tab, go to "reports." Then click on the "Staff Files" report. Use the given filters that are needed to get a specific list of staff/volunteers. Notice that one of the filters is specifically for birthdays, so that you can get a list of people with birthdays in a specific time period. Once you run the report, you will see an "email" column in your list.
