exporting to MS Word

The last while when I export labels to Word, they are not formatted on a normal label sheet, but smaller. If I just print them, they will not be on the correct label. Is this a setting on my computer that is the problem? It used to work fine! Thanks.

Hi Bev,

Are you sure that you are using the right size of labels? The CenterPiece mailing labels are designed to fit on Avery labels 5160 (or 1" x 2 5/8). If this still doesn't work, you might check your margins in Word, and increase or decrease the top margin just a little so that they will align properly when printed. If that doesn't work, please let me know!

Happy Thanksgiving! :)

Sarah

That is the size of labels we use. The top and bottom margins are not the problem. It's getting them at the right place across the page. Thanks so much for your quick reply!

Is it possible that there is a problem with your printer alignment? Is there another printer in your office that you can use?

I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

Sarah
