It appears that we are not able to run a report that tells how much money a walker has raised (donations & pledges combined), or how much money the walkers from a specific church has raised (same). We issue rewards to the walkers and churches who raise the most funds. Am I missing something? |

Hi Mitch,
Today you can run the donation statistics to get group totals. Here's how:
1) Open the donation statistics report under Donor Management/Statistics
2) Under the report options, select the Event in Column1 and select EventGroup in Column2.
3) Click run report.
This will give you a listing of donations by month and Total for the year. Note: You can also drill-down on the totals to review the donors that contributed.
In addition, we are a little over a week away from releasing a new update that adds many new enhancements to the donor management module. We've also incorporated a lot of your feedback from prior posts (thanks!). Furthermore, this release includes a new report that allows you to get Church contributions by Event. We've also updated the Event Group Listing report to include totals for donations and pledges. If all goes well, the current plan is to release the update next Saturday evening (on 11/17). Thanks again for all your wonderful feedback! We wanted to update you that the features you requested are now available. We apologize for the delay in releasing these. Our team decided that it would be best to go ahead and combine the features we described to you with our QuickBooks Integration release, which is now available.
Now in Donor Management/Reports, you will see 2 brand new reports: "Event Group Contributions By Church" and "Event Group Contributions By Group Captain."
Also on the "Groups" tab of your Events, you will now see much more detailed data about each of your group captains that you can now sort by clicking on the column header.
We hope all of these new features will be helpful for your center! :)

Hi Mitch,
We also added an autocomplete for the GroupName field when adding Sponsors (under Sponsor tab on an Event). I hope that makes data entry easier for you! |
