Donation Reports

Any way we can get {group name} and {group captain} on list when we print donation reports. I am printing out the pledge statements and donation receipts by walker and golfer and would like to be able to sort by these before I merge. Please email me Mitch@BirthChoice.us

Hi Mitch,
This information is currently included in the Pledge Statement report list. But you're right, that it is not currently included on the batch receipt or donation report lists. We'll take a look at this. Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Mitch,
We posted an update this morning that adds the GroupName and GroupCaptain columns to the Donations Report and Donation Designations Report. I hope that helps!
FYI: We couldn't add these fields to the Batch Receipts report because the "List View" displays the report header information...which is the donor name and contact information. Both GroupName and GroupCaption are associated to the "detail" records which are the donations. The detail records are displayed in Report View...which is not customizable in this report. However, you can always run the donations report to get this information. I hope that makes sense. Please let me know if you have any questions. |
