Tracking Spiritual Status

| I have read several comments about this subject. There is one form that our volunteer counselors use consistently, that is the "Notes". Would it be possible to add an icon that would remind them to enter the information when a client prays to receive Christ or re-dedicates their life? These stats are so important to our ministry. We really need to find a way to be certain they are accurate. Thanks! |

Hello waterbury,
Yes, you are right that spiritual stats are super important in our ministry. Are you finding that the issue is that your staff is simply forgetting to record this information or do you feel that there is a lack of training on how they should do this.
Do you mean that you would like to see this icon added to the "Notes" form itself--just at the top of this form?

Sarah,
I think just at the top of the "notes" form would be okay. If it is always seen, as they are adding their notes, it will just serve as an easy reminder.
