I'm trying to create a letter using mail merge. I need to create a new report to do it, or export a list of addresses to Excel. I can't seem to find a way to do either function! Could anyone walk me through this process? Thanks! |

Hi dgentile,
We have a Mail Merge User Guide available for you on this website that will walk you through this process from beginning to end. Just click on the "PRC Software tab, and scroll down to the bottom-middle section of "User Guides" to download this. If you have any more trouble just let us know! :)
Also, keep in mind that you can now create letters and get mailing labels through CenterPiece with just the couple clicks of a button. If you'd like more info on how to do this just let us know. We'd be happy to run you through this process.
