New/Return in pregnancy test form
Posted: 31 Aug 2007 06:01 PM
Hello,

In the pregnancy test form, there is a field for "Date of Visit"- and within that field, there are options for "Type of Visit" (New or Return) and "Primary Reason for Visit".

The problem we're encountering is that we've entered some of those details incorrectly, but when we try to go in and change them, we get error messages saying that's not possible.

Hope you can help!

Hi Munchkin,

The form that you are referring to (the one in which you set up the date of visit, type of visit, and primary purpose for visit) is called the "Case Visit Form." This can be accessed in the "Add New" menu in each client file or on each activity form (like the pregnancy test form) through the shortcut box (square with ellipsis inside).

You can definitely edit a Case Visit Form that has already been entered. All you'll need to do is go to the "Cases" tab in the client's file. From there, on the right side of the screen you should see a "Visits" tab, and below it there will be a list of all the Case visits and activities this client has. Each visit will be marked with a specific date. It will be lightly highlighted and look something like this depending on the data you have entered: 9/5/2007: New, Pregnancy Test. Find the date that is needing to be edited and simply click on this line (you can just click directly on the date), and this will open up the Case Visit form that you need to edit. From there, just make your changes and re-save.

I hope this will help! Just let us know if you need more assistance with this. :)

Sarah
