Our center awards baby bucks to clients (Through our Earn While You Learn program) for some things they do outside our center, i.e. prenatal visits, WIC visits, Early Childhood classes, etc. We would like to keep track of these contacts to demonstrate the networking we do with other agencies. I could do this on a spread sheet, but would rather have it connected to the client data in CenterPiece. Can you think of a way to do this? Is there a current feature that would work to keep track of these contacts?

Hi boots,

One idea would be to use the Referral form and Referral Statistic for this. This will allow you to track exactly where you are referring your clients to for services. If this doesn't work for your needs, you could also create client "categories" (found at the bottom of the General tab in the client file) for each organization that you'd like to track. You can assign a client to every category that applies, and then use various reports to get lists of clients in each category.

I hope this will help you!

Sarah
