Ultrasound/Material Assistance
Posted: 18 Apr 2007 01:38 PM
I just started entering our Ultrasound information.
1.Is there a way to add a comment section?
2.We have had many clients having twins and we have no way of documenting two
gestations. Can this be added anywhere.

We have a material assistance program for our clients who have come in for a pregnancy test and then we have other mothers who have had their baby and want to join our program. In this case, the mother will come in just to register for our program and come back on the assigned shopping days.
My questions is: In the closets/boutiques form/section can we include a place that has a drop down box that includes: "register" or "shop"? We will need to be able to print a report on how many clients shopped and how many new clients registered that month. Our board likes to see this.

Finally, before we decided to use this software, we were told that Ekyros was working on a way to import the donations into Quickbooks that would be available in January. Can you tell me the status of this? I am having to enter our donations in our old database to use the import tools and then add them to Ekyros to keep up to date for reports. This is very time consuming.

Your help on the above is very much appreciated.

The nurse at our center was also asking about the ultrasound form. We'd love to have a way to note the presence of multiples.
Thanks,
Malia

Hi Malia,

This is great feedback! We'll take a look at it and see what we can do. :o)

Have a great day!
