Your new product update with "call center" capabilities looks really exciting. I have two concerns:
1. You only allow appointment durations from 1 hour+. We schedule every 45 minutes.
2. How do I get to the forums without finding the website from a previous reply of yours? When going to "help" I have no way to contact you, or get into the forums.

Hi Ashleigh,
As always, thanks for your awesome feedback. We'll take a look at everything you mentioned.
The forum links that used to be on the "Feedback & Support" tab were shortcuts back to our website. You can always access our complete forums list by going to www.ekyros.com, and then clicking on the forums tab. Hope that helps.

Sarah-
I am enjoying your updates. As always you guys are brilliant. I realize it will take time for everything to be ironed out and perfected. Just know you are appreciated for the awesome service you provide PCC by enabling inputting to be so user friendly and efficient.
Have a few more questions,will the user guide be updated with accurate snapshots of the program? What is the purpose of the help tab now that "Feedback & Support" is not here?

Hi Ashleigh,
Yep, we'll definitely be updating the Client Management User Guide in the days ahead. Eventually, the Help tab will have all the User Guide information readily available from within this section of CenterPiece. We're still working on this, but it will be an easier way of getting help with specific tasks.
You're encouraging words really build us up!! Thanks a TON!!! And, please know that we can't say thank you enough for the awesome work you and your center does on the front lines of this ministry!!

Hi Ashleigh,
I just wanted to update you on the status of your requests. We DO plan to add both of the features into CenterPiece. Within the next week or so, you will be able to set your default appt. duration to a time less than 1 hour. And, we will also be adding back the shortcut links to our forums into the Help tab.

Hi Ashleigh,
Just wanted to update you that the "Help" tab in CenterPiece has been updated to include all the website forum links that were previously there, so you can use these shortcuts once again!
And, keep your eyes peeled for an update that will allow you to change your appointment duration to less than 1 hour. This is coming soon.

Hi Christi,
We are excited about this, too! Working closely with Option Line, we have been testing this "Call Center" appointment scheduling feature with several pregnancy centers across the country for several months now, with great feedback and success so far. We are currently bringing on a few more "test" centers in various locations across the U.S., to ensure that everything is working well between Option Line, the pregnancy centers, and ekyros, and to work out any kinks in this system. We hope to have this released to all of our customers in early 2008 if everything continues to go as planned.
I'm glad you took the time to touch base with us on this coming enhancement! We are very much looking forward to making this available to all ekyros customers! :o)
