Printing Appointment Resources

We are trying to use the resources of the appointments more and we need to print out the appointments resources from time to time. When we print it out now, the key does not print at it's entirety. The titles of the key is present but not the color. Also, it would be more helpful for those of us that don't have perfect vision if the color blocks that designate the availability of resources showed up clearer and larger instead of thin lightly colored dashes.

Thanks for your feedback. Have you seen the report that allows you to print out appointments? At the top of the screen when you're viewing the appt. book there is a "reports" box. If you click on this, you will get a report of all appt.'s you have scheduled, broken out by the staff or volunteer that is assigned to each appt. Will that help you?

We know how to print out the appointments. What we would like to print out are the time slots "Appointment RESOURCES" that are available. This would help our volunteer receptionists that do not have access to ekyros to know what is available in order to schedule an appointment. We can print out the "Appointment Resources" however, the color coding is not printed (which shows what resources are available or not) and basically, it's just very small dashes that print out that indicate the time slots for each resource.
Again, we need to print out available time slots for appointments that have not yet been made. We are already printing out appointments that have been made and it works quite well for our volunteers who want to know what appointments have already been made.

Hi redeemed1,
You need to tell your browser to print background colors. Here's how:
In Internet Explorer:
1-click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options
2-the internet options dialog opens
3-click the Advanced tab
4-Scroll down the list until you see the "Printing" section
5-Under printing, check "Print background colors and images"
6-Click Apply and close the dialog
