two names on one file

| We have been getting checks with two names. Two different last names living at the same address. This is not a problem except that the names are coming out wrong on mail merge preprinted, personalized letters. Is there anything that can be done about that? |

Hi jolisas117,
Can you give us a few more details on this? How are you inputting the 2 names into one file? You can use the "Proper Name (for address labels)" field, found at the bottom of the General tab, to create your own custom mailing name there and this could even have both names. Just be sure to UNCHECK the small check box that says "Auto-update on save," otherwise this field will go back to the default setting when you save.
What reports are you using for your mailings? Are you creating your letters inside CenterPiece or in Microsoft Word?
