Phone numbers on batch reciepts

| Is it possible to have a batch reciept print with the donor's phone number? We are doing a phone-a-thon and want a seperate sheet for each donor, with history, etc. And of course we would like their phone number. We have tried several other options and can only get the info to print in list form. Thanks! |

Hi Jolisas117,
Yes, this is possible. When adding a custom letter to your batch receipts, you have the ability to select different fields to be merged into that letter. Home phone, work phone, and cell phone are included in that list.
Here's how to do this:
From the Batch Receipt (report view), at the top, click on the square with 3 dots in it that is just to the right of the "Select A Letter" drop-down list. This will open a new letter that you can customize. Write whatever text you would like, and then, where you would like the phone number to display use the "Insert MailMerge Fields" drop down list to insert your phone numbers. When your letter is finished, just save your work, and then you will be able to select that specific letter from the list to be displayed on each individual receipt.
