Several Suggestions that would make things more clear for us. Posted: 14 Jun 2007 11:48 AM |
On new file input: Is it possible to make the "OK to contact client" methods to be check boxes. Most of our clients say it is okay to call their cell phones, but not their home or work phones. Our form has options to check box for each of the following; home phone, cell phone, work phone, home address, email address.
On New Case input: For "Abstinence Status" is it possible to have an option for "married client". We do not share abstinence information with our married clients, and a "No" in the check box would make statistics more difficult to run. We would like to know which counselors are sharing abstinence information with which clients.
On Pregnancy Test Input in Office Use Section #4: It would be most helpful to have a "Negative Test" option. After intentions of client are irrelevant when the test result is negative. This question could confuse statistics if you did not filter out negative test patients.
Thanks for your desire to make this program to perform to it's full capacity! |

Hi Mitch,
Thanks for all your feedback. We love hearing it! We will take a look at all of your feature requests. :o)
Regarding tracking Abstinence Status on the Case Form, we already have plans to add the additional option of "N/A" so you can mark this for married clients. You can look for this feature in an upcoming enhancement.
Regarding tracking pregnancy intentions of negative test clients...this question has come up several times, and what we have found in talking with many different centers is that even when a client's test is negative, pregnancy intentions should still be tracked. Some centers specifically like to track the pregnancy intentions of their negative test clients. But, when running your pregnancy test stats, you can always use the measure of "Test Result" to break out the pregnancy intentions of both positive and negative test result clients. That way if you only need to look at numbers for positive test clients, you can easily get them. Hope this will help. :)
In Him,
