Where in Ekyros are the stats for question #8 on the Care Net Report pulled from?
Thanks!

Hi Nancyg,
Question #8 is part of the Center Program Statistics section on the Care Net report that asks "Number of clients who received parenting education?"
The CenterPiece statistic you can run for this is the "Client Program Statistic." You will want to select the measure of "Program type."
Hope this helps. :)

What I really need to know is:
When a client attends a parenting class exactly where and what do I enter on their file in EKYROS so that they are included in the Care Net Report question #8
Thanks again! |

Hi Nancyg,
If it is a group parenting class, you'll want to mark attendance for specific clients in the "Group Classes" section of Client Management. If it is a one-on-one class, you'll want to enter an "Individual Education" form in the client's file.
The stat for #8 is pulled from the "Programs" that are tracked through 3 different sources in CenterPiece:
1. your Individual Education class names
2. your Group Class names
3. your Concepts Shared (question #3 on the "Concepts Shared" form)
You'll want to make sure that your "Programs" for all 3 of these sources are set correctly. To do this, you can click on the "edit list" button (for any of the above lists), and view which "Programs" have been selected for each item in your list. If you need to make any changes, click the "edit" button for the item you need to change, and then make sure to hit the "Update" button after you've made your changes. By updating your "Programs" you will also update all of your "Program" statistics in the Care Net report. So, if any of your programs are currently set incorrectly, this is a very easy fix.
Please let us knwo if you need any further help with this. :)
