reading the reports

| I know I am not using the system to it's fullest potential. Can you explain what the Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 means on the reports? Is there a "manual" that explains how to run and read reports etc.? I basically know how to get to the reports and can print them but not sure exactly what everything means. |

Hi Wendy,
Q stands for quarter. So Q1 is Quarter 1 of the year. Your stats are broken out by Month, Quarter, and Year so you can easily get the totals that you need.
We do have User Guides available for both Client Management and Donor Management which includes a section on reporting and stats. On this same ekyros website, just click on the "PRC Software" tab found at the top of the page. Then, in the middle of the page you will see a section of User Guides to download. Hopefully these will help you out! But, we'd also be more than happy to run through different reports and stats with you over the phone. Feel free to give us a call anytime at 972-851-1085 for help.
