Is there a way to add "trichomoniasis" and "other" to STD's on Question #9.

We do not do STD testing here, and many of our clients have this STD that has been confirmed elsewhere.

Hi Mitch,

Per our conversation earlier today, I think this is a very important STD to add to this list since it is such a common one. We'll look at adding this to our feature request list for an upcoming enhancement. And just fyi, "other" is already an option, so hopefully this will help. :o)
