Client ID number

Is there a way to show the client ID number in the appointment log?
We keep a hard copy of client files with number of points a client has earned in the Incentive Program (aka Mommy & Me Program) etc.
It would be nice to be able to know what the client's ID number is when looking at the appointment log in order to pull the hard copy of their file.
