Entering Multiple Items Recieved in Closet/Boutiques

My Manager for the Closet/Boutique (material needs for clients) is having trouble figureing how to show that a client recieved multiple items on the same day.
i.e Jane Doe recieved a crib, blankets and 3 bottles on April 30th 2007. Can all of those items be selected and shown as recieved on the same day and same form or would 3 seperate forms have to be used?
Also when we entered in one item of information in the Closet/Boutique form the information regarding needs & items recieved did not save although the volunteer and date saved. What am I missing? |
