I need to know how much money was actually pledged for the entire walk or banquet, etc so that I can see how we are doing comparatively. I also need to know how much money a walker receives in pledges whether paid or not paid.

Hi Chris,

Great question. This is something that we are currently working on enhancing. At this time there is not a "1 click" report to get totals on pledges from your events. You can get this information for actual donations ($ that is already received) through the donor management event stats.

You can currently get all pledge information in list format with the 3 pledge reports that we currently provide. For example, you can run the "Pledge" report using the event filter to select your Walk. Then in the list view sort the list by Group name (which will be the individual "Walkers"). Once sorted you can export to Excel to get your sums, or you can do some manual adding from within CenterPiece. We realize this is not optimal, and plan to provide an enhancement to this in the very near future.

Hope this helps for the time being. Sorry for our late reply. Let us know if there is any more specific info we can help you locate.

Have a great day!

Sarah Miller

Sorry Sarah
I've tried everything, even what you told me to do in that e-mail. I must be daft!!

Under "Pledge" reports: there isn't anything that just says Pledge Report. There are three possibilities, but not that one. There is "Pledge Reminders," "Pledge Statements," and "Pledges. I tried all of those and when you get to the drop down list there is nothing that lets you sort the list by group name.

I can't find anything else that helps me with this important area.

Help!!!

SHould I just call you?

Hi Chris,

No problem! Let me give better directions. :o) I was referring to the "Pledges" report." Once you open this report, you'll want to select the correct event (using the "Event" filter), and then click on the "Run Report" button. You will then get a list report, with many columns. If you click on any column heading, like "Group Name" it will sort your list by that criteria. So, if you click on the "Group Name" heading, it will sort your list by walkers and give you a listing of all pledges that each individual walker raised.

Hope that helps you!!! :o)

Ok, thanks! I finally found the listings of who donated, but it doesn't give me a "total" amount for each walker. Is there a way for me to get the total amount pledged and given per walker?

Hi again!

At this time, to determine the Walker totals for amounts pledged you will have to add those up manually, or export to excel to get the sums. But, as I mentioned in a previous post, we are working on an enhancement to give you totals of amounts pledged.

If you are needing totals for donations already received and divided up by walker, you CAN currently get that number. Go to Donor Management/Statistics/Donation Statistics. At the top in the "Event" filter, select your Walk, and then for measure 2 select "Event Group." This will give you a breakdown of how much $ donations each walker has already received. Hope this helps.

Have a great day!
