profession of faith

| When a person makes a profession of faith it adds it to the month of their initial visit, instead of the date the decision was actually made, I suppose because you must edit the initial visit form to add it. Is there a different way to do this, or could a feature be under "Add New . . . spiritual status" or something of that sort |

One important thing to note is that Spiritual Status is not tracked on the Initial Visit Form. It is tracked on the Case Form (under "Spiritual Status"). The Initial Visit Form does have a few spiritual questions on it, but these are not tracked statistically (other than Baptism info). This info is what the client says about himself/herself, whereas the Spirital Status section on the Case Form is meant to track the volunteer's assesment of the client. Hope this makes sense.
