I assigned a user account to one of my staff members (client services) but I've now seen that I need to change it to be a general account that my trained counselors can all use.
How do I change the name of the person the account is assigned to and the email address?
i.e from my staff member's name "Lori Taylor" (not a real name) to
volunteer counselor and from
lori's general email address to our general email address for the center.
I tried going in and changing the information,hitting update but it remains the same.

Hi Andrea,
Great question. What you'll need to do is delete the existing user account and create an entirely new account. You can delete the existing account by clicking the red "X" that is just to the left of the user account (on the user accounts list found in the Administration tab). Then just add your new "general" account.
