pulling client who speak different languages

One of my spanish speaking vol is tyring to send a letter out to all of our spanish speaking clients to let them know she will be gone on vacation for a time and when she will be back.
Is there a way to pull up our spanish speaking only clients with their address information and print labels for them?

Hi Andrea,
There is one report that allows you to filter by Primary Language spoken. This is the "Pregnancy Test Follow-Up Report." Using this report, you can generate a list of all pregnancy test clients seen this year (or previous years also) who speak Spanish.
Once you run this report you will see a drop down menu at the top that says "View As:" One of the options in this list is "Labels," which will give you formatted labels ready to print.
