Hi Sarah,
I was wondering if it would be possible in the future to add a spell check option to the notes section. and also I would like to be able to print that note out without having to cut and paste it to word first. So that it could be placed in the hard copy of the chart as well without having to re write it. because there is no space to wr5ite a note on the sono form . I write my nurses notes here and this would really save me time and energy. thanks Gail |

Hi Gail,
There is a way for you to easily print out notes from within CenterPiece. At the top of any client file you will see a box that says "File Summary Report." This report allows you to easily print out any of the client's file information. When you click on this report, you will see at the top several small check boxes, one of which says "notes." Check this box, and you will get a view of all the notes in a printer friendly version.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Sarah Miller |

In centerpeice after being logged in a counselor will be inputting notes, and situations will arise when the counselor will not be able to finish her notes. The user will be logged out of ekyros, after the system isn't used for security reasons. Often when having to reloggin the counselor will find that the notes are lost and they will have to retype them. Is there any way to autosave the notes, or change the session logout time?
Thank you for your time and support. |

Hi Rico,
We've already increased the session timeout from 30 minutes to 1 hour. For security purposes, we probably won't change this again. There is a "Save" button on the note form that your user(s) can click to save the note without closing the form. That is a good habit to adopt and i recommend it for everyone. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to "autosave" like MS Word. Training your user's to click the "Save" button is probably your best option for now.
That said, we do understand your concerns and will continue to research other possible solutions to this problem. Thanks for your feedback. |

Hi Gail,
At this time we don't have immediate plans to add this feature, but it is still a definite possibility for the future. We'll keep you posted as this changes. Thanks so much for your feedback! We always appreciate hearing what features our centers think would make CenterPiece even better. :o)

Hi Chooselifegail,
FYI: We just released an update that added spell check to notes, correspondence and letters. We also added a note field to the sonogram form. For a complete list of all the enhancements included in the release check out Help/Release Notes/March 2009 Update. Enjoy!

Thank you so very much you dont know how much this will help me !!. one thing thought. I see that the comment section on the sono form does not come out on the summary so it is not a permanat part of the chart if it is printed out. this will not really work as part of the legal doc. then so this is not the best. perhaps in the next update you could make it like the correspondence form so it is visible later that would work. Thanks so much for all you do. Blessing Gail |

Ahhh...good find. We'll post an update shortly that will add the sonogram comments (along with the other new fields) to the file summary. Thank you! |
