Client address list

| Is there a way to run a report which would include mailing addresses of a specific group of clients? For example, we would like to send Christmas party invitations to all of our pregnancy support clients. Currently, the only way to look at these clients is by using the appointment statistics, and that list doesn't include addresses. Any ideas? Thanks! |

Hi Sarah,
One way to accomplish this is to assign categories to each client file. You can create a category for each group of clients you wish to define. Then assign 1 or more categories to each client file. You can then run the "Client Files" report and filter by category. The nice thing about doing it this way is that you can assign multiple categories to a client file.
You mangae categories by editing a client file, and selecting each category that applies to the file.

Hi smiller,
After giving this some more thought, I can see how you would probably want to run the appointment stats by appointment type so you can view by "Pregnancy Support" and by apointment status -- "Show/NoShow". that way you could print a list of all clients that actually showed up for the appointment. So, i'll look into enhancing the drill down to include client address information -- including IsOKToContact flag. I'm not sure if we will get it in the next release which is set for this Sunday 11/14. But we can probably add in within a couple weeks.

Hi smiller,
I just want to let you know that we were able to update the drill down functionality in the statistics reports to include address information. You will now be able to use the drilldown results for mailing labels. We will be releasing the enhancements this sunday night.

We delayed the release until Tuesday night in order to do additional testing. It will be released Tuesday for sure. |

Is it possible to have the option to run a mailing list for just a specific center? We are a multi-center and I think each center would want to run a mailing list for just their clients, not for clients in other centers.

| Yes, we will add a filter to both the Client files and Births reports so you can filter by specific center location. This should make the next release. thanks for the feedback. |
