Needs list

Is there a way to have the due date print on the closet/boutique needs list? We try to get cribs to our moms about 2 weeks before their due date, but we have to print two separate lists to get the info.

I have a question in regaurds to the needs list too.

We keep a needs list that clients have for ekyros, but the clients needs list only expires, if clients receive what is on the needs list. Is there any way to make this expire after a certain time. For example have the list expire if it isn't updated in 6 months.

Thanks.
Rico.

Hi Rico,

Thanks for this great feedback. At this time, there is no way to set an expiration date for the Closets/Boutiques needs list, but this is something that we'll discuss the possibility of adding to a future enhancement. One thing you can do to keep your list current -- if a client is NOT going to receive the item she is "waiting" for -- is to delete any items listed that the client will not be receiving. This is done in the client's file on the Closets/Boutiques form.

Thanks for your feedback, Rico!

Sarah

I know that there is no way to make the needs list to expire at a certain time, but is there a way to "close" the list when the file is closed?

God Bless,
Sandy <><

Hi Sandyc,

At this time, the only way to remove an item from the Closets/Boutiques Needs List is to either 1.) edit the existing closets/boutiques form and delete the item the client is waiting for, or 2.) when you mark that the client received the item on the closets/boutiques form, it will also remove it from the Needs list. Currently, these are the only 2 ways to remove a client/item from this Needs list. Just let me know if you need any more help with this. :)

I'm revisiting this issue - is there any plan to add due date and phone # to needs list?

Hi Rose,

We have discussed this request. One complication is that a client's pregnancy due date is not tracked on the closets/boutiques form, but rather on the pregnancy test form which may or may not be tracked for every client on your "Needs List." The source for this specific report is only the closets/boutiques form. However, that's not to say that we won't do this for you. We'll revisit this again based on your feedback. I can definitely understand why this would be helpful to have.

I hope that all makes sense. :)

In Him,

Sarah
