| Ok, I have studied the User Guide and I have analyzed my statistices to death! =) could you please clear something up for me? In order to get accurate statistics, EVERY client should have concepts shared entered if any type of education or counseling occured, right? I can't seem to get my statistics to say we did any parenting education at all, and lately thats most of what we do. So, I am obviously doing something wrong. Also, I'm confused about when to use group classes and when to use individual education. It seems like there are a couple of redundant forms online. I'm sure it is somehow related to reports and statistics. =) |
