Can you tell me if there is a benefit to entering all donor information in eKyros vs. Quickbooks nonprofit?

Right now we are only entering our banquet donations in eKyros, but are curious to know if it would benefit us to enter all donations in both systems to get reports that quickbooks would not have.

Hi dd,

This is a very good question. I am probably not the best person to answer this because I am not all that familiar with the reporting capabilities of QuickBooks Non-profit. However, according to many eKYROS.com customers that I have spoken with, eKYROS provides several reports that Q.B. does not. If you would like, feel free to call our technical support number for a quick run-through of the donor reports that eKYROS.com *does provide so you can do a comparison. Our number is 972-851-1085.

One thing I can tell you for sure is that the eKYROS.com development team is working on an enhancement that will include a QuickBooks integration. This will eliminate the need to do redundant data entry in both CenterPiece and QuickBooks. This enhancement is a top priority for us in 2007.

I was wondering where the integration with Quickbooks software is?
I know you have a lot going on and I appreciate all you are doing to keep ekyros up!

Hi Andrea!

Great question. As promised, the Quickbooks integration is currently in the works and due out soon. I'm sorry I can't give you a specific time line as to when you can expect this, but I can tell you that it is a top priority and won't be too much longer! Thanks so much for your patience.
