Pregnancy History

| Is there any way that "deceased" could be listed as an option when entering the pregnancy history? The reason I ask is that there have been several clients whose babies died at two months or even two years of age. The system then continue to "age" that child; when it really isn't appropriate. However, stillborn, miscarriage and abortion are not correct either. We tend to put in a note to address it. Thanks for your consideration. |
