Preg History/Spell Check

Would it be possible to make the pregnancy history information editedable? (Is that a word?)
When the information is put in you can only delete it and are unable to edit the information. You must delete all the inoformation and start over.
Pg History - Birth date, misgarage or date of occurance - we need to be able to put in a partial date, ex. m/year or just year.
Also, my data entry people would love to have a spell check on the notes.

Pregnancy History:
i'd love to make it editable. we will take a look at this for a future version.
more info. unfortunately, since there are so many outcomes, it's difficult to allow you to edit the record, since if at first the outcome is birth (which requires a child's name to be entered), then someone edits it and changes the outcome to "miscarriage", errors will occur since there are children still defined.
i personally don't like the Set Outcome Wizard much. I think a simple form (that allows edits) is doable. So we will look into this.
Spell Check:
i agree, i could use it here in the formus errrr... forums  We take a look at this in a future version.

| I know this is reponding to an old post, but this is just what I wanted to ask about. It would be wonderful to have a way to edit pregnancy outcomes or pregnancy history. Sometimes we enter them without complete information, and learn more later. But when we go back to add info, we have to start all over, deleting the first record. |
