donor database as mailing list

I thought I had this all figured out. I created, exported, and printed a report containing all of my donor files. When I created the report I sorted alphabetically by last name. At the beginning of this report I now find 11 duplicate "ghost" files with different file #'s from the file it is duplicating. Is this a sort of recycle bin or something?
Where did these come from?
These ARE NOT in the regular alphabetical donor file section. |

Hi nancy,
I'm not sure what you mean by "ghost" files. However, if you are sorting the report by last name and see duplicate names with different file numbers, chances are your staff/data entry people have accidentally entered the duplicates. |
