Option Ultrasound Report

Our Option Ultrasound Report for #9 Student Status totals have not added up for two months in a row. They are off by 1. Would you be ever so gracious in helping us figure this out? Thank you for all you do.

Margie,
I called and left a message re: the problem I was having with the Option Ultrasound Report. I did find out that the total on the report includes stats for #9 Student status/Trade School but their is not a category for it on the report. Is this something that will be added?

Hi Carla,
This problem occurred because CenterPiece has more options in the list for Student Status than the Option Ultrasound Report has. CenterPiece provides the option of "Other" and "Trade School." We cannot add to the Option Ultrasound Report (this is something that Focus on the Family would do). However, what we can do is go ahead and count any clients marked with either "Trade School" or "Other" in the "Unknown" category on the Option Ultrasound Report. This way the client count stays accurate. We are going to make this update very soon and hope to have it out sometime this week.
