| When entered into initial visit as married and into preg test as living together (seperate visit) only living together shows up as living arrangements for both visits. First visit she was married, second visit she was divorced and living with another man. |

Hi cgarman,
I assume you are talking about the Marital Status demographic in the Activity List on a client file. This information is pulled from the Marital Status field under the client's contact information (under the "General" tab). To change the value associated to a form in the activity list, change the value under the general tab. then go back to the activity list and click the "refresh" button under demographics next to the desired form. the new value will be updated in the list. all future forms entered will pull the latest information from the contact information under the general tab.
fyi...it is always recommended to update the contact information first -- if there are changes, before entering forms.
