3 questions:

1. How can I edit/add to choices on the referral form?

2. If an error is made on a pregnancy history, is there a way to correct the error without deleting the entry and starting over?

3. On the contact form under the General tab, how do I add or edit churches. When I click the small box to the right of church, I get a new client file web page dialog.

Thanks for your help!
Nancy

Hi Nancy,

Here are answers to your questions:

1.) We do not currently allow you to edit/add the list found on the Referral form. Is there something that you would like to see added to this?

2.) Currently, the only way to edit a Pregnancy History entry is to delete it and then re-add it.

3.) If the church has already been put in the system, to pull it up just type the first letter or 2 of the church name in the "Church" field.

**If the church name does not come up, then it will need to be added into the system. To do this you will click on the square box with the 3 dots in it (just to the right of the church field). A new blank file will pop-up, and you will type the name of the church into the "Organization" field, which will save this file as an org., rather than an actual person. Once you've typed in the church name, just hit save & close, and then you will be able to immediately pull up the church name in the church field on the client's file.

Hope this helps. Just let me know if you have anymore questions. :o)

Hi Nancy and Sarah,

My data entry person asked me a question regarding the pregnancy history form the other day, so I thought I'd add my input to item 2 on Nancy's question!

She basically asked the same question, noting that it would be helpful to have an editing ability instead of having to delete and re-enter. I know she would appreciate an edit feature, so it may be something to consider on the next CenterPiece update.

We continue to LOVE working with all of you.

Thanks so much!

Yes, we would like to see GED/Education on the Referral choices. This is one of our primary choices at our center... it is almost always needed.

Thanks much !

Hi Nancy, Denise and Malia,

I spoke with development and the feedback for the "GED/Education" addition to the referral list and the request that the Pregnancy History form be editable has been added to the enhancement list!

Thanks again for the great feedback,
Carlye
