It would be so very helpful if in stead of only being able to select 1 category to run a report, if you could select multiple categories. Or it would be nice to be able to ask it not to print a specific category or 2 but print everything else.
I realize that every Center's categories are different but when I want to send a mailing to only certain people (not everyone) sometimes I have to run 4 or 5 different lists, combine them and delete any duplicates.
Since Staff Management and Donor Management do not talk to each other, there are duplicate entries (one for if they give to us and one if they see clients). It would be nice to have an option to say in donors, not to print duplicate addresses if found in staff and visa versa.
Does this make sense? Am I sooo requesting something that is just way out there? I'm still getting used to this system. Thanks for all you do! |

We are looking into adding the capability to select 1 or more categories in the reports. However, removing duplicates between modules is a little touher and probably won't happen for some time. I'll keep you posted! |
