Office Follow Up Report

| When I run the "Office Follow Up Report" after setting the the parameters and clicking 'run', I click on 'Edit', then 'Flag Complete' and OK, the list says 'Refreshing' but the client still appears w/the status of incomplete. I then have to go back to 'Report Options', reRun the report and only then is the list updated. Can that be fixed? Sometimes when I have multiple pages to update, (being in a crisis environment setting w/tons of interuptions) it's sometimes difficult to remember which client I updated last w/o having to go back to reports and rerun it. Thanks for your help. |
