Default for Staff/Volunteer Name

| When doing data entry why doesn't the system retain the same staff/volunteer name throughout all the forms related to a case visit? Thanks! |

Hi Glenda,
It's my understanding that different staff/vols may provide 1 or more services per visit. This requires us to track the staff/vol down to the service (activity form). For example, the client may have scheduled the visit with staff/vol1 for concepts and a preganncy test, however on the same visit, she also took an STD test which was administered by staff/vol2 (the nurse).
Here is what the forms would look like:
CaseVisit: Staff/Vol1
Preg Test: Staff/Vol1
Concepts: Staff/Vol1
STD Test: Staff/Vol2
