Notes

We have two center locations. We can no longer view which center is entering the notes. It says location unknown. Are we doing something wrong?

Just to clarify, we never had the ability to track notes by location. Can you help us understand why you would need this capability? thanks. |

Our Client advocates rotate between two locations. If the client comes in for a visit we can determine by looking under activity what location the client was seen at without actually opening each entry. When we need to document additional notes it would be helpful to see who entered them and from what center location. I hope this sheds some light on why I was asking. I appreciate the feedback as always.
