STD clinic
Posted: 10 Oct 2006 03:58 PM
We are having a one day STD clinic geared to teenagers this Sat. We will be testing on the 14th, treatment and follow up will be on the 28th. Is there a way to keep the Sat clinic clients seperate from the rest of our clients for statistics? We wrote a grant for this clinic and really need the stats seperate.

Thank you,
Georgia

hmmm....that's a tough one.

One option would be to assign the same staff volunteer to each STD Test form you give this weekend. Then run the stats using the Staff/Volunteer measure. The staff file that you used on the STD form would show you the totals for the weekend clinic.

For example:

-Create a "dummy" staff/voluteer file with the name of "STD Clinic" (STD firstname, Clinic - lastname).
-Assign STD Clinic staff/vol file to each STD Test given on saturday
-Run the STD Test Statistics and select "Staff/Volunteer" measure for Column 2
-The totals for "STD Clinic" file are the totals for all the tests you gave over the weekend.

Hope that helps. Smiley
