Individual Education/EWYL

Is there a report that shows a list of the clients and what they lesson they took? For example, we have 26 Indiviual Education Visits in Earn While You Learn and would like to see a report that shows these 26 visits with the client's name and the lesson they had.

Hi Lynda,
Check out the Class Attendance Statistics (Client Management/Statistics/Class Attendance Statistics) under the Client Services section. Select the "Class Type" measure for Column2. Run the report. Click on a number in the results to drill down and see the client names that make up the number. Hope that helps!  |

I did see that statistic, and it's helpful to a point, but you have to go into each client's record separately.
My Baby Cache Coordinator would like to have a report or statistic that lists the type of class (or lesson) with the clients who attended.
For example.
Client Management
Statistic
Class Attendance
Measure: Class Type
The statistic/report would have:
Date ClientName Class/Lesson
Totals: 38 classes/lessons for September broken down as:
6 clients took Sex, Love, Relationships
5 clients took Parent Child Relationships
10 clients took Infant Massage
17 clients took Discipline with Love

Hi Lynda,
I see. You would like to have an additional measure in the class stats called somehting like "Class Name," that would give you breakdown of how many people attended each specific class name you offer (not just by the general class type--like abstinence, parenting, etc.). Right?

RIGHT!
As supervisor, it will give me a quick glance at the actual classes being taken and will help my Baby Cache Coordinator better audit her reports to me. Looks like there's a lot of fields that can be deleted to add room for this.

| This is the same thing that we would like to do at our center. I wasn't quite sure how to explain it clearly. This would be helpful for us to figure out what classes are being used and what ones are not being used. Thanks. |
