Old Phone Number on Donor Receipt Posted: 15 Sep 2006 08:08 PM |
The phone number for our center was wrong so I changed it on Account Management. However, the phone number of the Batch Receipt Report still has the old phone number. I logged out and tried it again, but still the old number. Is there a way to change that?

You probably changed the phone number under the "billing information" section on the General tab. That's good, but the report pulls the phone number for your location (some center's have multiple locations). To change your location's phone number (by default the billing phone and location phone are the same when your account was setup) click on the Center Locations tab under the account.

You are welcome! I'm glad to be of some help.
I'm excited for you to try letters/mail merge. Keep in mind that a letter is linked to a target report...meaning that it is only available for mail merge under the target report it is created for/linked to. This has caused a little bit of confusion where some customers have created a letter under the "Batch Receipts" report and then try to run it under the the "Pledge Statement" report. Also...fyi...we've updated the client and donor mgmt user guides with a section that includes a good overview on how to manage letters and run mail merge. The user guides are located under the PRC Software tab on ekyros.com. Good luck!
