class listings statistics

Hello, First Let me say Thank you ekyros for all your help.
I have a question about the getting statistics for each class that is completed by clients. Clients here see volunteers on a one-to-one basis. We have about 90 classes clients can choose from. Our volunteers will create a individual class plan with clients that best suits their needs. My question is how can we keep track of what classes are being done. Our classes are listed in the Individual Education section on the Staff Office Use Only Form. Class names are grouped together by Programs( Fetal Development, pregnancy, etc.) I can get statistic of the program, but we need statistics for each individual class. Is there a way to do this now, or a way that I can create this statistic? I sure hope I am clear enough. Thank you for the kind remarks. We appreciate the opportunity to serve your center.
Regarding your question. Can you help me understand why you need reporting down to the class name? Furthmore, the Class Attendance Statistics counts the number of people that attended a class, not the number of classes taught by your staff. I just want to be sure you are aware of this. Thanks. |
